-I saw the band interviewed about this song - they use a drum machine/
sample for the intro, and (the bassdrum on) it plays throughout. It's
better and more challenging skillwise to play the bassdrum acoustically.
So I think for the snare on the intro, if you want, just play ghost strokes.
